Hot city in southern Spain. Normally associated with oranges and flamenco. But not far from there they produce the famous Spanish ham, not to be forgotten.

A Sevillan must is Bar Anselma’s in Triana quarters. Anselma is the owner and the main attraction; a divined entertainer who sings the traditional sevillanos from her great heart (within a great body). Anselma’s opens at 24, the locals mix with foreign lovers of Sevillano music and flamenco dancing.
