Phi Phi Islands

Fantastic Thai islands mid way between Phuket and Krabi/Ao Nang. The beach where they shot “The Beach” is crowded, but the snorkling in the very same bay is great.
Otherwise there’s a great beach to the north east with just a couple of four- to five-star resorts.
Stay there for a while or take a day trip from Ao Nang or Phuket.
