The like/diss team has just made a new release with a platform upgrade and a lot of new features:
1) Members have now their own member page with a simple URL with their username appended to the like/diss domain. You’ll e.g. find my page on http://www.likediss.com/uijane
2) You can add more information to your user profile that will show up on your own page including a profile image. Your picture will also show up along with Things you create and with your comments. Why not update your profile right away at:
http://www.likediss.com/users/profile/
3) You can follow other members you think are worth reading by clicking on “Follow” on their profile page. You will then have an overview of their posts on your own page under the tab “With Others”. You can also see which members others are following, or are followed by, on their profile pages.
4) Top lists on the Home page and the user pages now include lists of new comments, so comments on old or not-so-hot things have a good chance to reach the reader.
5) To drill deeper down in top lists, use the pagination at the bottom of the list and the time range of the popularity lists, e.g. “Last Week”, “Last month” or “All time” in the Hot Stuff list on the Home page.
6) Announcements like this will show up under the Announcement tab on the Home page, and in the top lists as well if they become liked or dissed enough…
Since we have made a major software upgrade for this release, it’s quite likely that there are a bunch of bugs that we haven’t found yet. If you stumble upon something strange, use the Contact link at the bottom of the page to notify us of the problem.
Thanks for reading and keep like/diss!
