As Jane wrote on http://www.likediss.com/things/view/563 we have made a major update of the like/diss platform and we have most probably some bugs in here that you as a private beta tester will find. When you report a bug to us, you will get five more invitations that you can use for inviting your friends to like/diss, good if you have more than three online friends.
You can report a bug by using the Contact link that you’ll find at the bottom of all pages or by making a comment on this post below. Please describe what you did and what happened.
Thank you for your help to make like/diss a better place to be at!

There seems to be a problem with the tags. Sometimes when you add a new thing and enter tags, they are not saved, and sometimes they are.
I’ve also experienced that all tags disappears when you add a new tag to a post.

Thanks Sanchez, the bug is confirmed. I’ve added five more invites to your account.
Until we roll out a fix for it, you can try to add the tags after you create a new thing if you notice that they are not saved.

I have invited some friends to like/diss but their MSN Hotmail spamfilter seems to catch either the original invitation mail, the verification code mail or both.

Sanchez: the tag defect should be fixed now.
Eezzi: Bob is investigating the junk mail issue with HoTMaiL.
If others have problems with emails from like/diss getting caught in spam filters, please let us know. Check your spam/junk settings at your email service first, if you e.g. have the “Exclusive” setting in a HoTMaiL/Live Mail account you are guaranteed to get our emails in your junk box if you havn’t manually added likediss to your so called “safe senders”.

Hi,
I have a search problem. When I try to search on tags I always get “no results” even though I know the tag exists.

mich,
Thanks for the reported defect. It is fixed now. Toby forgot to start the Lucene indexing process. I spanked him twice and he promised never to do this again.

The Google ads to the right are kinda strange, they are all about “Diss” stuff.

@Sanchez, that’s right. It’s because the site is in private beta mode and we havn’t allowed Googles to index the full content (then all of like/diss) would have been on Google Search.
See it more as a placeholder for what will be when we open the site to the public in read only mode.
