I saw Tinariwen live this week in Stockholm. Awesome. The last time I saw them, by a year ago, the line-up lacked the front man Ibrahim and they where not at all so strong and powerful as this time. After years of international touring, the performance have become tight and the dessert blues is as heavy as it can be.

Their homepage tells that Ibrahim fell down on the stage and was carried out at their performance in Salisbury this last Sunday. From Theo’s post it sounds like Ibrahim is back at full force.
