They have some similarity with like/diss actually, in the way that you can find people similar to you (but I wonder really, because they seem pretty different to me).
Still your can listen to other people’s playlists and add their selections to yours.

They seem to have changed the approach from locally-run application to web access only in Grooveshark Lite: http://listen.grooveshark.com/
Works very well although the play-list feature consumes quite some horizontal real estate on your screen.
They have also added some nice features (naturally to make more people come to their site, like:
* Easy posting of what you’re presently listening to, to Twitter, Facebook and StumbleUpon
* Widgets for you website
One of my favourites is that among the search results you get when searching for an artist are playlists of other members that feature this artist. A great way of finding new music and artists liked by people who like the same thing as you do. Very close to the like/diss ideals.
